A NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is required when booking your appointment. The booking fee goes towards the total cost of your service. The amount of the booking fee will depend on the service you book. You will pay the remaining balance of the service at the appointment. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled by us (emergencies only) and you decline a newly rescheduled time, the BOOKING FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!
Please notify us if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the appointment.
If we don't receive a notification of rescheduling or cancellation within the required time frame and you are a NO-SHOW for your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of the remaining balance due for your appointment. All future appointments will require pre-payment in full.
Prepaid appointments attached to a package will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee if you cancel or reschedule with less than a 24 hour notice. If you NO-SHOW a prepaid appointment you cannot makeup that appointment on a different date.
If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it will not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service. If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full price of the service.
We are committed to high-quality sanitation standards and the health and safety of our guests and staff. All tools, beds, equipment are disinfected after each appointment. Our staff wears face mask coverings during facials due to a higher level of close contact.
Our standard policy is that appointments canceled with less than a 24-hour notice incur a cancellation fee. During inclement weather we will make an exception to that policy. If there is a snow, severe storm, or tornado weather advisory, and you belive that it would be unsafe or impossible for you to travel to your appointment, you may reschedule within the 24-hour window at no charge.
