While traditional monthly facials are a necessity and very important, 80% of your improvement depends on making smart choices for your skin at home.  I highly recommend anyone to use this service, but especially if you are:

• New to caring for your skin.
• Building a skincare routine or overhauling an existing one.
• Having specialty concerns such as acne and dark spots.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN YOUR 45-MINUTE CONSULTATION

1: What are your top skin concerns?

The virtual consultation begins with a Q&A to discuss your skin. Through a series of comprehensive questions, we gain insight into your individual needs, goals, and concerns.

2: What do we see in your skin?

The discussion of your top skin concerns, combined with what we can see via Zoom, as well as any photos you choose to include with your intake form, helps us determine your skin type and its specific needs.

3: What's in your current skincare routine?

Bring your current skincare products to your virtual appointment for an unbiased evaluation of your routine.

4: What's your treatment plan?

At the end of the consultation, we will recommend individual professional skincare products to help you achieve your skincare goals.

CONSULTATION DETAILS

• Each consultation is 45 minutes. Appointments are set in Central Standard Time.
• Each consultation requires a non-refundable booking fee of $100 to secure your scheduled appointment. At the end of your consultation, this $100 will be applied towards the purchase of the skincare products that we have recommended. You have up to 48 hours after your consultation appointment to make your purchase, or you will forfeit the $100.

• Please ensure that you complete the intake form prior to your consultation. This will help us understand your specific skin goals and concerns as well as prepare personalized advice and product recommendations.

How do I participate in my virtual appointment?

Should I remove my makeup for my appointment?

Yes, we recommend going makeup-free so we can get the best possible view of your skin.

Will you really be able to see my skin over Zoom?

Yes, as long as you are using a webcam in a well-lit room, we will be able to see some details of your skin. However, the discussion is what really influences our decisions regarding your skincare products.

How will I know what to do with the skincare products I ordered?

At the end of your consultation, you will receive follow-up information that includes step-by-step instructions to help you implement the plan.

What happens if I'm unable to make my appointment?

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require 24 hours' notice. If you miss your appointment, it will be considered a "no show" and the appointment time will be forfeited, along with the $100 booking fee.
