This service is available for clients in Shawnee, Kansas, the Kansas City area, and non-local clients seeking professional skincare guidance from home. 

Healthy skin requires more than trial and error. It requires the right professional guidance, a consistent home-care routine, and a treatment plan based on your skin’s specific needs.

This 45-minute virtual consultation is designed to provide expert skincare direction for concerns such as acne, dark spots, uneven tone, texture, dryness, and visible signs of aging. Using Zoom, your intake form, submitted photos, and a review of your current routine, we assess your skin and recommend the next best steps for improvement.

For many clients, most progress happens at home through consistent product use and informed skincare habits. This service helps ensure your routine aligns with your skin goals and isn't working against them.

This consultation is ideal for clients who are:

• new to professional skincare
   
• unsure which products are right for their skin
   
• rebuilding or correcting an existing routine
   
• concerned with acne, hyperpigmentation, sensitivity, texture, hormonal, or aging skin
   
• unable to visit the studio in person
   
• seeking professional guidance before investing in products or treatments

1. Skin History and Concern Review
We begin with a detailed discussion of your skin concerns, history, current routine, lifestyle factors, and treatment goals.

2. Virtual Skin Assessment
Using Zoom and the photos submitted with your intake form, we evaluate your skin’s visible condition and identify key concerns and priorities.

3. Skincare Product Review
You will show your current products during the consultation so we can assess what is appropriate, what may be contributing to issues, and what needs adjustment.

4. Professional Recommendations
At the end of your consultation, you will receive personalized recommendations based on your skin concerns and goals.

• For non-local clients: product recommendations and home-care guidance only
   
• For local clients: product recommendations, home-care guidance, and, when appropriate, recommendations for future in-studio treatments
   

If your skin concern may benefit from a more advanced corrective approach, local clients may be advised to schedule in-studio services, such as progressive facial treatments or a chemical peel series, for best results.

Consultation Fee: $100 non-refundable

The $100 consultation fee is applied toward the professional skincare products recommended during your appointment. Product purchases must be made within 48 hours of your consultation in order to use the credit. After 48 hours, the credit is forfeited.

A Zoom link will be emailed prior to your appointment. Please complete the intake form before your consultation so your skin concerns, photos, and current routine can be reviewed in advance.

Photos should be taken in natural light near a window or outdoors for the most accurate view of your skin.

How do I join my virtual consultation?
A Zoom link will be emailed to you prior to your appointment.

Should I remove my makeup before the consultation?
Yes. Please attend with clean, makeup-free skin so we can assess your skin as clearly as possible.

Can my skin really be evaluated over Zoom?
Yes. While virtual consultations do have limitations, the combination of live discussion, intake information, submitted photos, and product review provides valuable insight into your skin and helps guide professional recommendations.

Will I receive instructions for the products recommended?
Yes. You will receive follow-up guidance with instructions on how to use your recommended products.

What if I am local to the studio?
If you are local and your skin concerns would benefit from in-studio corrective treatments, treatment recommendations may be included in your plan.

What if I need to reschedule?
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your consultation.

What happens if I miss my appointment?
Missed appointments are considered no-shows, and the $100 consultation fee will be forfeited.
