Studio Policies

Booking Your Visit

A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve all appointments. This fee is applied toward your service total, with the remaining balance due at your appointment. 

Rescheduling and Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the remaining balance of the scheduled service. No-shows will also be charged the remaining balance due, and future appointments may require full prepayment.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time to receive the full benefit of your service. Late arrivals may require a shortened appointment, and the full service fee will still apply. If there is not enough time to perform the service properly, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation. 

Health Considerations

If you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment. For the safety of all clients and staff, appointments may be postponed if contagious symptoms are present.

Treatment Contraindications

Some medications, skin conditions, or recent treatments may make a service unsafe to perform. Please disclose all relevant health information, including allergies and recent procedures, before your appointment. Services may be modified, postponed, or declined if necessary for your safety.

Guests

To maintain a calm and professional environment, children and additional guests are not permitted. Due to limited space, only the scheduled client may attend the appointment. The ONLY exception is when the client is under 18. A parent must be in the treatment room with them.

Sanitation and Safety

We are committed to high-quality sanitation standards and the health and safety of our guests and staff. All tools, beds, and equipment are disinfected after each appointment. Our staff wear face mask coverings during treatments due to a higher level of close contact.

Inclement Weather

Your safety and comfort, as well as the provider's safety, are a priority. If snow, ice, heavy rain, storms, or other hazardous weather conditions make travel unsafe, the studio reserves the right to reschedule appointments.

By booking, clients understand and agree that appointments may need to be moved when weather or road conditions are considered unsafe for either party.

If the studio reschedules an appointment due to inclement weather, we will do our best to offer a new appointment as soon as possible and may offer a small courtesy for the inconvenience.

Service Policy

In His Image Skin & Wellness Studio reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue service when necessary for safety, professional boundaries, or conditions outside the safe scope of esthetic practice.
